REFUND POLICY Your agreement with Fine Line Labs will remain in effect until the expiration, termination, or renewal of your Subscription, whichever is earliest. You may terminate a Subscription at any time during its Term; however, you must pay all amounts due and owing before the termination is effective. A Subscription having a one-month Term may be terminated anytime without any cancellation fee. If you, the Client, terminate a Subscription to a Fine Line Labs service within 30 days of the date on which the Subscription became effective or is renewed, no refunds will be provided and you must pay for the initial 30 days of the Subscription, but no payments will be due for the remaining portion of the terminated Subscription. If you terminate a Subscription to a Fine Line Labs service at any other time during the term, you must pay for the remainder of the term, and no refunds will be provided. The initial Subscription payment is non-refundable, as it goes to set up the infrastructure and initiation of services. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone, and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted. Upon cancellation, you, the Client, will no longer be billed for our services, but all monies paid up until date of cancellation will not be refunded. To cancel Client subscription, email us at our business email with a request to cancel services.
